But luckily you can solve this by controlling diet.
Besides cleaning the vessel, this diet can lose weight up to 5 kg for 15 days.
After 3 days, you can do combinations with the breakfasts, lunches and dinners from this menu.
Breakfast: Yogurt with low fat, 1 apple, 4 slices whole wheat bread smeared with homemade marmalade 4 tablespoons of orange and grapefruit (300g peeled fruit and cook for 3 minutes with 100g sugar gelatin and 1 tablespoon orange peel).
Lunch: rice noodles with vegetables –cook: a tablespoon of olive oil, 30g grated ginger, a little garlic, onions, grated 4 carrots and 100g celery until softened. 1dl pour in vegetable soup and cook until the broth evaporates.
Dinner: Some wheat germ 50g and 250g grated beets mix with dressing tbsp walnut, ¼ tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of freshly grated horseradish.
Breakfast: Muesli with milk and citrus fruit, baked whole-grain
Lunch: fish Philetus optional (hake, trout) with a dressing that will make it so that a tablespoon of olive oil will cook with small onion, add a little saffron, salt, pepper, a teaspoon of grated orange peel and juice of 1 orange. Cook 5 minutes, then pour over the fish.
Dinner: Salad of apples and potatoes. Bake in the oven for 3 medium potatoes with the peel. Peel and add slices of apples chop onions and pour a little vinegar, oil and season to taste.
