Diet To Reduce The Cholesterol Quickly And Lose Weight!

First day

  • Breakfast: Yogurt with low fat, 1 apple, 4 slices whole wheat bread smeared with homemade marmalade 4 tablespoons of orange and grapefruit (300g peeled fruit and cook for 3 minutes with 100g sugar gelatin and 1 tablespoon orange peel).
